About Munster Junior Woman’s Club
Munster Junior Woman’s Club (MJWC) is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving Northwest Indiana since 1965.
We are a group of women who come togethger to make a meaningful impact through volunteerism, fundraising, and service.
While we are based in Munster, Indiana, our work reaches far beyond our town. Our members come from surrounding communities and support causes locally, regionally, and nationwide.
What We Do
Our members actively participate in:
- Community service and volunteer projects
- Fundraising events that support nonprofit organizations
- Partnerships with local groups and initiatives
- Hands-on efforts to meet needs within our community and beyond
Who We Support
Our efforts focus on supporting a wide range of causes, including:
- Families and children in need
- Veterans and military organizations
- First responders and public safety initiatives
- Domestic violence shelters and crisis support services
- Individuals with disabilities
- Animal welfare organizations
- Food banks and hunger relief programs
- Health and wellness initiatives
- Environmental and community improvement efforts
Through both financial contributions and hands-on service, we work to meet real needs and support organizations doing important work.
Our Impact
Each year, our members collectively contribute thousands of dollars and hundreds of volunteer hours to the community.
From preparing meals for veterans and supporting local shelters to participating in charity walks, community events, and service projects, our impact is both visible and meaningful.
